Sales & Distribution: All sales within the U.S. are processed directly through Ramer Products. Sales outside the US are directed to agents or distributors in many parts of the world. If you are located outside the US, please contact us and we will put you in touch with the sales agent for your particular location.
The drawings and parts listings in our Replacement Parts Catalog will help you in ordering the proper part number and size for your repair job. Please keep in mind that most parts require a size designation following the part number.

Orders may be telephoned, e-mailed or faxed directly to us. Most orders will be shipped by UPS ground and all applicable charges will be added to the invoice. In-stock items will normally ship within two to three days from our receipt of your order. If necessary, we will gladly expedite your order and ship the same day if we receive your order by 1:00 p.m. Eastern time.
We’re happy to provide you with a price quote. Prices are normally valid for 90 days.
